3. Meals & Personal Expenses
- Lunch, dinner and snacks outside the meals explicitly included in the itinerary.
- Laundry, telephone calls, beverages, shopping and personal purchases.
- Tips, gratuities and other personal expenses.
- Any additional services requested during the trip that are outside the confirmed package.
4. Taxes, Insurance & Additional Services
- Travel insurance and personal accident or medical insurance.
- Any applicable increase in government taxes or statutory charges, where legally permissible and applicable to the booking.
- Additional costs arising from changes to the hotel category, vehicle type, tour guide arrangements or itinerary.
- Expenses caused by itinerary extensions, extra sightseeing, additional transfers or other services not included in the original confirmation.
